Collaborating closely with the Managing Director, the Captain aligns strategies, implements policies, and works towards achieving organizational goals. With their expertise in maritime operations, strong leadership skills, and commitment to upholding the company’s values, the Captain contributes significantly to the overall success of the organization.

About this Role The Environmental Engineer is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of all waste management equipment and systems onboard the ship. This includes managing the processing, treatment, and disposal of waste, as well as all associated records required in compliance with regulations and procedures.

The Engineering Administrator provides business administration support to the Chief Engineer, other Engineering Officers and the whole Engineering Department. A very dynamic role with a wide range of responsibilities, and the chance to help our maritime trainees grow and develop as they study for qualifications and promotions.

The Deck Administrator is responsible to the Master/Captain for the general administration of the Deck department. You will assist with duty schedules, tracking flag state certifications for our marine crew, and keep the Deck department organized and functioning like a well-oiled machine.
